How we handle your information

This website introduces our services and lets you unsubscribe from marketing emails. Below, we explain what information we collect and how we use it.

When you visit

We do not use cookies, analytics, ads, tracking pixels, or chat widgets on this site. Fonts and images load from this site, not from other companies.

When you visit, our server processes your IP address and basic browser details to display pages and help keep the site secure. Our server logs may record the addresses of pages you visit, including unsubscribe links. These links contain a coded reference, not your email address, and email addresses are not written to our logs.

When you unsubscribe

We only keep:

  • your email address, stored in lower case
  • the date and time you asked
  • which of our websites you used
  • how you asked: through the form on this site, the link in one of our emails, or the unsubscribe button in your email app

We will not ask why you are leaving, and you do not need a password. To stop misuse, we briefly limit how many requests can come from one connection.

How we use it

All of our websites share one unsubscribe list, so unsubscribing once covers every one of them. We use the list only to keep your address out of our marketing emails. We may share it with the service we use to send emails, so that it can block your address too.

We do not automatically delete unsubscribe records. Keeping them helps prevent your address from being included in future marketing campaigns.

We show the same confirmation whether your address is new or already on the list. This helps prevent the form from revealing which addresses we hold.

If you use one of our services, essential messages about it are handled separately and are not affected.
